Jean Foillard joined the family estate in 1981.
The beautiful terroir, the old Gamay vines and Jean´s methods (carbonic maceration, unstemmed grapes, wines aged in tuns, no sulfur added) quickly made his wines famous throughout the world. Wines created thanks to the hereditary know-how of the Foillard family.
This wine is a gourmet Morgon that is bursting with fruit.
This cuvée has a very aromatic nose with intense notes of cherries and violets. At the tasting we find we find a wine full of gluttony with silky and velvety tannins. This wine will make a perfect match with veal or poultry.
